The Merchant Risk Management Services division of PalaDynamics exists for the sole purpose of defending our business clients’ interests against fraudulent credit card transactions and the effects of harmful credit card chargebacks. We will provide our clients with the tools, knowledge and resources to first protect their product and service assets from being transferred to those entities that wish to defraud them and to provide protection to combat credit card disputes that negatively affect our client’s revenues.
